Hoyt-Hall Preserve, Wildlands Trust

On the Winslow House property, behind the carriage shed, the marked Winslow House Trail (.25 miles) connects with the Wildlands Trust Hoyt-Hall Preserve Trail, which is a mostly flat 1.7 mile loop around Long Tom Pond.  The trail meanders through forest, marsh, swamp and meadow and is a lovely way to enjoy nature, wildlife and beautiful sunset views over the pond.  This 123 acre preserve is rich in colonial and pre-colonial history and was part of the original Winslow estate.  Parking for the trail is allowable at the Winslow House.  A map of the trail is attached below.
